First Stage Young Company

(I'm directing)

At first the Sycamores seem mad, but it is not long before we realize that if they are mad, the rest of the world is madder. Hilarity and mayhem ensues when the freethinking Sycamore’s daughter brings her fiancé and his conservative, Wall Street family to dinner on the wrong night. Roar with laughter with the Young Company and their production of this Pulitzer Prize-winning comedy.

First Stage Young Company

(I'm directing)

“Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more, Or close the wall up with our English dead!”

Join us as the Young Company, nationally renowned for their excellence in performing the Bard, dives into the breach with one of our favorite plays by William Shakespeare. King Henry the Fifth has rallied the nation to invade France and this war won’t end until the famous Battle of Agincourt. The English must succeed against seemingly impossible odds- or be killed in the process. An epic story of a country at war and England’s most popular king.

Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer: The Musical

Based on the beloved Rankin-Bass TV Special

Adapted by Robert Penola from a story by Robert L May
Music and Lyrics by Johnny Marks

First Stage

(I'm returning to this production as Movement Director and playing Boss Elf and Charlie in the Box.)

And if you ever saw it, you would even say it glows! The beloved TV classic Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer soars off the screen and returns to our stage this holiday season. From fleeing the Abominable Snow Monster to saving Christmas, join Rudolph and his friends, Hermey the Elf and Yukon Cornelius, as their adventures teach us that what makes you different can be what makes you special. Don’t miss this wonderful holiday tradition that speaks to the little misfit in all of us.

This production has become the gold standard around the country, as originally conceived by First Stage Artistic Director Jeff Frank.
